Designvolt specializes in graphic design services, including logo creation, website design, application design, and corporate identity guidelines for professional clients in France and internationally. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (from now on referred to as "GTCS") govern the provision of services by Designvolt.
Clients may contact Designvolt via the website or LinkedIn through Calendly. Calendly's privacy policy manages information collected during this process.
A preliminary discussion via call or video conference will be held to introduce Designvolt's services and understand the client's needs. The client is responsible for providing a detailed brief to ensure accurate service delivery.
Clients must create an account on Designvolt's website (designvolt.co) and choose between the Basic or Voltage subscription plans. Details and pricing of these plans are available on designvolt.co.
Payments are processed through Stripe integrated with Zendo, with data management shared between Stripe and Zendo according to their data protection policies.
